This is a figure from the "Konami Figure Collection Volume 2". These were released for MGS2 in 2004, and the figure has the game logo on the base.
This figure showcases the titular Metal Gear Mech - Metal Gear RAY, the amphibious "winged" Metal Gear.
It's about 4.5~5 inches around in size, depending on where you measure it.
It's rather detailed considering the size, so it looks nice overall.
**PLEASE NOTE** - there is a noticeable flaw on this figure:
- The right leg of the figure has been repaired and I believe it is glued into the peg. I couldn't get the figure to separate from the base. I have circled the spot on the last photo for you to see. It doesn't really affect anything since the figure is standing still, but I wanted to make note of it.
